  • Michelle A Klug - I REALLY wanted to love the Casper

    I REALLY wanted to love the Casper. The idea is genius, the presentation is minimalist and great, and mattress is good quality. But I just don't find it very comfortable. It's firm, man. I mean real firm, if you like a medium soft to really soft mattress, this isn't for you. I'm not opposed to firm , but this is so firm that is doesn't support my back very well. I'm a back sleeper, and when a lay down flat, by butt and mid back touch the mattress, but my lower back does not, it's completely unsupported and is left feeling strained. I called customer service shortly before my 90-day trial was up, and told them this, and they told me my back "just wasn't used to the mattress." I believed it, and here I am beyond my trial stuck with a mattress I can't sleep on. My husband is on one couch, I'm on another. If I could do it over, I would probably try to buy a Casper-esque mattress that you can try out before you buy.

  • Keshawn - DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT

    I have used Webroot for 3 years, with full satisfaction. This is the first time that I have encountered problems. The seller delivered the CD on time, but I have not been able to install it on my hardware. Clearly I can see that the item has not yet been activated, but I still have 0 protection against malware!!!

  • Jim Standlee - Not as good as advertised

    Exercises are one level more severe than what doctor gave me and cause the pain/inflammation to increase instead of improving. I think it is overkill and too pricey by far.I would not recommend this product!

  • John Mathews - Works great on "Toms"

    I recently bought a pair of nice Toms that I wanted to protect. So I searched around and found this product. After buying it and reading the directions it said that if after I spray a small part of the shoes with the protectant and wipe it with a paper towel if any color comes off not to use the product on that material. So low and behold the color came off my toms a little. After thinking about it I decided to take the chance and use it on them anyways, and I am very pleased with the result. The toms have remained stain free even after being rained on, having multiple beers spilled on it, etc. So moral of the story is that this stuff really works.

  • Slobes - Looks great, but terrible reception.

    I am giving this three stars. I think that something as simple as an aftermarket antenna should be rated 1/3 on aesthetics, 1/3 on build, and 1/3 on functionality. They nailed it on build quality and aesthetics, 2/3. This little antenna is a quality item, makes no wind noise, and looks great. The the problem I have with this product is that the reception is horrible. I live 25 miles outside of Boston, so there is no lack of signal strength. I understand that the antenna is supposed to look good, but I would rather have just bought a chrome cap to plug the factory antenna hole if I knew how poorly the reception would be. What's the point in giving it any height at all?

  • Smitty - Sage from an IT perspective

    I am working with this product in a small business with around 60 users. I have around 6 sales people using the software and they run into issues constantly. I am work in the IT department and have to deal with this horrible software on a daily basis. Users are always frustrated by this software because it has so many issues. All I am trying to do is INTEGRATE OUTLOOK WITH SAGE ACT WEB and I've gotten around 4 different errors during the install process that I am following from the SAGE website. I've had to research and fix all 4 errors and I still cant get it working. Same story with every version that comes out while I've worked in IT world. Now I'm on hold for 30 mins and have been disconnected twice and my signal is perfect. This company has horrible software and horrible customer service. I would not recommend this software to anyone; especially people in IT. Waste of time and money. BTW this is SAGE ACT 2013 Premium Web I am working with. Same sort of issues in 2011 premium (non web).
