I love books about the Roman Legions, and I was prepared to dislike this book since it concerns magic, elves, dwarfs and Roman Legions even though Roman isn't mentioned before Legion. As I read the book and because of the clever story line I began to change my mind. By books end I was hooked.
I bought one to try it out and now i just bought the whole treatment. I drank half my body weight in oz of water, i went to the bathroom all day long. I didn't see the results after 45 minutes or even in the morning after i did it, but after 24 hrs. I took pictures of my belly before and after and i really couldn't believe my belly look flatter. I'm not a skinny person, i weight 140 and only 5 feet tall, i have 3 kids and my belly looks awful. I started working out the first of the year, my legs and arms were getting firm and tone but not my belly, it wasn't until the body applicator that i saw results. I don't sell these things, i have never heard of them until one day on instagram i ran into an advertisement and since i didn't want to buy the whole box i came here and bought one. I'm really happy to say it worked for me. I can't wait to get the new ones and see the results after one whole treatment.
I just started these shakes so I don't know what the weight loss results will be yet, but basically, with any diet plan you need to exercise and watch caloric intake to lose weight. One serving (2 scoops) is 90 calories, plus whatever you add such as milk, yogurt, fruit, etc. I have never been a fan of diet plans using shakes because they are usually not great tasting and kind of chalky. This stuff is delicious! It tastes like cake batter, seriously. It keeps me full too, which I didn't think would happen. For weight loss, you need to know one basic principle; 3500 calories is equal to one pound of fat. So, to lose 1 pound a week, you need to cut your current calorie intake by 500 a day. You have to take into consideration you BMR, but you can find that almost anywhere online so you will know how many calories your body burns at rest, then you can calculate how many calories to cut and how many calories each exercise burns. I recently discovered (after being sick a long long time) that I have a gluten allergy. These are gluten and lactose free, which makes meals a lot easier for me, I don't have to read every ingredient on every single thing I eat. One meal a day is easier to calculate than 3. Snacks are easy because raw veggies and fruits don't have gluten. I will try to come back and update if possible on weight loss, but I assume it will work if I stay within my allotted calories.
I read this book last week and yesterday I got my first job as a fighter pilot. Can anyone recommend a good book on learning how to speak like a native north Korean? I start on Monday so it has to be a short book.
