I haven't seen it in use. This was a gift. The whole family of all ages and their friends really have fun using it often.

I've taken b vitamins before, and they've left me nauseous and tasting them for hours afterward. The others were more than just b12 though, and as i am a pescatarian, i know that i need to get this vitamin elsewhere. I wanted to try a lozenge chewable for ease of use, so i tried this at the recommendation of my husband. It tasted good, no after taste, and was easy to take.

I have some doubts about certain ingredients in this product, if you're looking for natural personal care products this company seems to be masquerading a bit. Anyway, this creme goes on nice and light and it has a wonderful scent. Unfortunately, on my "normal" skin this item made me breakout all across my forehead and on one cheek. As soon as I stopped using it my skin began to clear up. Too bad, total waste of money.

Richard Rohr is a wordy German, but he's got solid research and experience behind his many words. I especially like that he has much info about the early church (St Paul) and other early Church Fathers--it's not just his newest idea. I also love that he has the icon he talks of in the front and back of the book as well as on the cover--it's obvious he appreciates good "holy" art. Much of this information is comfortably familiar to me, either from earlier works I've read/heard from Rohr, or from elsewhere. He's got good research that informs his words, but it's relatively easy for an "ordinary person"--not a theologian--to understand and appreciate.
