    I'm giving this product of 5 star because I have used it many times in the past so always lose a minimum of five pounds. this time unfortunately I didn't lose one pound but I'm wondering if it has anything to do with my cycle being it started hours after I started to drink. I am glad I bought it 2 pack because I will try it again and hopefully I can change my review.

    Best product for urinary health that I have ever tried and I've been prescribed many different things. Had major bladder issues and my bladder always felt irritated especially when I had intercourse, urinated, or washed myself in the shower. Definitely a life saver and a medicine cabinet must have. Very happy with this product.

    Very light. Excellent fit with adjustable fore/aft band. I have a large. The weight is listed at 251 g. I'm eager to see how this feels after a long day in the saddle from an endurance event like the Dirty Kanza 200, or Gravel Worlds.

    It states that you need to measure equal portions of two substances or it will be sticky. Unfortunately, one of the substances is thick and gloppy, which makes it hard to measure and pour it perfectly, so our items never dried right. Also, once it is mixed, you have only 20 minutes to work with it. It's not as easy as it sounds!

  • Amazon Customer - Software Glitch Tripled My Power Bill

    While away on vacation over the Thanksgiving holiday, my Nest unit experienced a software glitch and was disconnected from my WiFi network, then froze in menu mode for more than 10 days and ran almost contiuously. I contacted Nest Support and after an hour of trouble shooting, they requied me to download new software via the web and update the unit via USB cable. The Nest unit finally returned to normal, however my power bill arrived 2 weeks later and had spiked to more than 3X its average. Upon a 2nd call to Nest Support and a 1 hr long runaround from the support agent who proceeded to tell me "tough luck on the software failure, but there's nothing we can to do about it," I was finally transfered to a supervisor who admitied there was an anomoly and initiated an engineering analysis of the unit. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved and am dissappointed in the support staff's response to my issue. When a company markets a product to efficiently control more than half a home's energy usage and then fails to meet the promise, I'd like to see them take responsiblity without first trying to pass the buck.
