Not as versatile with text as older versions. Hard to paste from other programs. Windows 8 needed a new version. It would be nice if software would be transferrable from release to release...but then again it's about money not end user satisfaction.

Love it , best money spent for a while. Great machine with lots of accessories. Mine doesn't leak any water when filling... not a drop! If i put the cleaner on the bottom setting no wayer comes out. Trying to figure out what people are complaining about...

Once I FINALLY got the product to work, I was generally underwhelmed by the overall product - sound is OK but not great. The earbuds do not remain stable on your ears with any real movement - wire pulls them out of place, the location of the buttons is awkward and documentation is terrible!!!!

I used 4 sprays and launched my worst in and it couldn't take down the poo pourri. Poo Pourri has me beat 2-0 but I will not give up.
