I have been doing a half hour class of boot camp 5 x/week for four weeks now and started these shakes 3 weeks in. Work is so busy that its difficult to eat a proper breakfast and lunch. These nutritious shakes make getting all the vitamins needed so easy. And the best part is that they taste soooo good. There are hundreds of recipes online to mix into them to change up the flavor,too, so you'll never be bored. As for the weight loss, it's not going to magically come off. Remember, it took more than a week or 2 to gain it- you cannot expect to lose it healthily in that amount of time either. But I will say this- they are very filling if you are committed to losing weight and getting on a healthy track. After my first 7 days eating this way and exercising - I have lost 4 lbs. but am confident I will continue to lose. I am not a scale addict- I go by how my clothes fit; but it IS nice to see the numbers on the scale going down, too. Good luck!

Had to return the QB Missing Manual - Have MAC and nowhere does the Amazon site say this is EXCLUSIVE to Windows OS; Upon Receipt of M/M, the preface says the Windows-Only caveat, as well as all writing and screen shots will be OF NO USE to Q/B for Macintosh OS; Wrote to book author/editor and she said her publisher refuses to tackle the MAC Version of Q/B due to smaller market (??)

Awesome book that summaries a lot of information into concise easy to read pages! I personally like princeton review and this book is a good way to go if you are reviewing for your MCAT

Purchased these to help protect the floor of our 2015 Fusion. While the fitment is nice, there are a few things that this product lacks in. They have been installed in the car for the past 6 months. The front floor mats are holding up well, but like others have mentioned they don't protect 100% of the floor. There is a small area between the "footwell" and under the front edge of the seat. Depending on how far back you place your seat, this area of flooring will be exposed to the dirt / grime coming off of your shoes.
