  • Robert S. Evans - Norton is good software

    I've used Norton anti-virus software since at least 1992 when it went by the name SAM. It always worked with my Windows operating system and so far I've been very happy with the product. So far - knock on wood - I've not had any virus or other infections of my computer, unlike several of my friends who have had serious problems with their machines. Hopefully the Norton product will keep up and help keep my computers protected. Thank you, Norton software.

  • JustinJ - Bad pair?

    Maybe I received a bad pair but the sound is HORRIBLE. It's crackly, people say they can't hear me on the other end of the line when I use them, and the music sounds muffled. When there are bass notes it sounds like the speaker is blown. It's super distorted. Pretty disappointed because I chose these after the raving reviews.

  • Terry Hawkins - Universal restore didn't work.

    I've used Acronis True Image in the past to backup and recover to the same PC. My computer died and the same model wasn't available anymore, so I bought a new PC and tried to restore my backup using Acronis True Image 2015. I wasn't able to get Universal Restore working. I contacted chat support, and followed their instructions. Still didn't get it working. Either the software doesn't do what it is advertised to do or the instructions aren't clear enough. Acronis offered to provide more detailed help if I gave them screenshots and step by step results, but by then I had reloaded all my software on the new system (which took much less time than I had already spent trying to get the Acronis software to work). I did use the free WD version to create a backup and restored it to a spare WD hard drive just in case the new computer hard drive fails.

    This does not fit the 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Atleast the one I was sent didnt even match the picture.

  • Judy G. Seale - Waste of money!

    VERY disappointed. After waiting for more than a month for the item to arrive, it sucks. Unless you are in the same room with the "lost" item, you can't hear the signal. It's like playing a game of "hot and cold" with your iphone trying to locate lost keys. Don't waste your money on this device. I ordered one with the plan to order dozens more for Christmas. Won't be purchasing any more of this item.
