This stuff is positively dreadful. It has an awful, awful, awful "cooked up in a lab" taste. It says it's naturally flavored, but this is the most unnatural vanilla flavor I've ever tasted. It tastes like paint. The Double Rich Chocolate flavor is tasty, as is the Vanilla Ice Cream flavor, but this stuff has only one valid use, and that's for an ab workout. Why? Because if you can manage to choke it down (even when mixed with nice, rich whole milk), you'll get an ab workout from throwing it back up again. YECH!

Norton Antivirus is fast and effective. I have never had a virus infection when running the product, but I have been cautious myself anyway. I like the interface and the few extra tools it provides on the "performance" tab: running processes & file insight; download insight that informs both about safety and stability of each file; disk optimizer that runs after any program installation; PC utilization and information charts.
