I had to use a full synthetic oil that's also LS and this was in the running with one other in price comps. Still you can get this for about $9 if you hunt down a coupon or watch for those auto parts store ads. Seems to be a superior product with no complaints (or noises). I need to go on a long fast and hot run with that differential to make a final decision about this oil's endurance.

I personally didn't like the product, in particular the amount of pills I had to take each and every day. I would rather try to maintain a healthy diet and eat more real fruits and veggies instead. I didn't notice any difference in my health during the 4 months I was taking it.

It leaves your skin feeling very soft and mosturized, yet it's non-greasy. I used it on my face as well and it did not irratate my skin at all.It does what it promises and lightens my dark spots.
