Received this yesterday, fast shipping. This is an 8"x5" spiral bound datebook with yellowish-beige pages which gives it an aged look. The first 27 pages are filled with short articles and are interesting, but I would rather have had more calendar space to write in. There is a yearly view of 2016 & 2017 on the back of the cover page. The datebook itself is laid out so that it is a weekly view - there is no overall monthly view within this book. Every other page includes a black and white drawing, all in standard Llewellyn style and either gives a recipe, a history article, or a seasonal explanation (Imbolc, Ostara, etc). The back of the datebook includes an About the Authors section as well as an Appendix that gives more information on Daily influences, lunar phases, and color correspondences as well as moon's sign. It even includes one page for Eclipses, full moons, and planetary retrogrades for 2016. There are 2 pages of ads for additional Llewellyn books and 4 pages for "Notes" at the back of the book. Overall, this is great for someone who needs just a little room to write or is perhaps a beginning pagan, however for me, there is not enough room to write my daily notes or anything else really. I wish there was a Daily planner, or that perhaps this one was a little larger as I was expecting.
Despite the bad reviews, I went ahead and bought Acronis True Image 2016 to back up my laptop and I'm really regretting it. I have a late 2013 MacBook Pro Retina and I'm running Windows 10 on a Boot Camp partition. I installed True Image on the Windows 10 partition so I could backup my My Documents, Pictures, and Videos folders onto my external USB drive. So far it's been an exercise in frustration. On the positive side, I am able to recover files off of my USB drive without any problems. In the grand scheme of things, I guess this is what's important. On the negative side, I now have the following issues that drive me crazy:
Very good product, does what it said it will do. Works on me pretty well, no complains about it, no side effects
I can never find the thermometer when I need it- this solved my problem. I don't have to wait and be careful not to bite down on our old one-boy isn't technology great. A mst have for any family especially if there are small children
