The book has a lot of really good information for a beginner or in my case someone that needs a refresher. My husband & I were both surprised that it was not only a spell book but had some great information about them in this book. We plan on using this book to give our little witchlings some beginner lessons when it's time.

Didn't work for me. I followed everyone's instructions and had been clean for an entire week. The only thing in me was a small amount of marijuana and should have definitely been flushed, since this was just an extra step of caution. I'm only 140lbs 5'9". Super skinny and healthy. Not sure why this did not work. I would buy one from the smoke shop and avoid buying them on Amazon

Love the product and have done lots of research on it and about hormones. Have ok'd it with my guru doctors and pharmacy, who believes in how hormones affect most everything. SO, I have been eating healthy for two years, Paleo mostly, and I began taking these Real Dose for several months. I love them.....I have lost weight, but the most amazing part is how I FEEL...I have more energy, more clarity, so much better sleep, less anxious, more patient...the list goes on and on. I am so happy with these and will continue to take them. I can't believe that there are reports otherwise.....
