I've used this product for 10 months now and was so excited that my hair felt soft and was shiny just after my first few uses. I have thin hair and use the cucumber aloe formula. However, within the last month or 2 I've had unbelieveable knots in my hair. I've never had this problem before so I went back to the normal shampoo/conditioner I used before Wen and the knots are gone. Very weird!
When I was first married (decades ago) I had a Crock Pot. No removable dish, which made it a total pain to clean. Few recipes. And everything had the same boring, slow-cooker taste.
