I was just at Costco and excited to see that they carried this as I wanted to try it (and was $5 off this month) and then decided to flip the box over to read the ingredients. I was so disappointed!! This product has Carmine in it. Carmine is a "natural" coloring made from the cochineal insect. It was the coloring Starbucks used a few years ago in their smoothies that caused a lot of media because it was not considered vegan (which upset a lot of folks). Carmine is used in many yogurts and foods (yoplait strawberry is one of them, and I believe Dannon uses it also). I know many of people in this world don't know what Carmine is so I'm trying to provide a little education because plain and simple - it's GROSS! I never thought I would like the Everedge knives but I use them all the time now. This was a gift but I have them myself and have used them for a couple of years without a problem. My only issue with this is that the block seems to be a standard wood block. In other words, it's not specifically made for this set of knives so the larger knives don't fit in quite right. You will have a small knife that fits into a whole obviously for a large knife. They all fit in, just a little awkwardly.

Not a good cleanse. This is sold as a weight loss program and "oh yeah" it is also a cleanse. Beware of the marketing, if you are older this might not be a good fit. I am in my 40's, overweight but a former college athlete and I keep myself in decent cardio/strength shape despite this. Thought this would be a good way to cleanse my body and lose fat while avoiding muscle loss. Unfortunately, I experienced a dramatic drop in energy through out the entire cleanse. Futhermore, I missed work because of headaches and dizziness, couldn't work out and was truly miserable. I have completed supervised cleanses twice before with professional naturopathic care. I know a little about nutrition and in my opinion there is NOT enough protein (aminos) in this program for a heavyset athlete or a muscular person. The concept is good but it is a ONE SIZE FITS ALL product and geared more for women. I did lose weight (16 lbs) - but if you starve yourself for 10 days and drink lots of water I think the results wouldn't be that different. Whatever you do, consult a physician on this one.

We've been using this product for years now. It certainly takes care of the flea problem here in Florida where they can be really bad. We toss this around our entire home...floor areas, carpet, tile, and wood floors. We leave it down for about a week and then vacuum up. It prevents any flea infestations for 1 full year. This size container actually will cover a home of almost 4000. sq feet. You don't have to really over-do it. Just a little heavier near baseboards and you are good. We really don't see any bugs or pests at all with this product. Can't say enough about it. It was originally recommended by our Vet. We have a "Fleabusters" service here in Florida and used them for a few years. They basically do the same thing. They spread this product all over your floors and into your furniture. Suggest you leave it down as long as you can stand the dust and then vacuum up. It is not toxic to pets or humans. We highly recommend this product. You will not be disappointed...even when the very expensive pest companies and pet flea products don't work anymore....this does!

This armrest matches with the vehicle's interior. It was very easy to install and it took me only a few minutes. Worth every penny spent. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking to put an armrest in the center console. Comes with a case for your CDs and fits perfectly in the storage bin.

Very useful insights. I read it on kindle and it would have been easier to use in a regular book format. I then signed up for their online services and I like the regular updates and recommendations better than the annual summary. However, you really need to read one year of the almanac to get the foundation of what they are talking about before going to their online subscription.

These patches really help with shoulder, back and knee pain. I use several each day, leaving them on most of the day and appreciate the relief that they provide from arthritis. I have never purchased the larger ones, these seem to work very well.
