I have used this juice a few times before and always noticed results. Typically I weigh around 200 pounds, when I use this product I still eat some food like small healthy snacks and a small dinner. This product actually helps with cravings, I have found it hard to sip on it for some reason, I always end up drinking it pretty quickly and then having to wait till I can make another. It also tastes surprisingly well. I drank this and had my small amount of food intake and over the course of a week and lost 10 pounds. I'm sure with dedication to the rules you could see better results in less time. I did notice that my stomach was hurting and felt like I could puke (I had not eaten) by the 5th day so I stopped that last drink I made and just continued to fast and drink zero calorie beverages.

This is a great daily moisturizer. I've been looking for something that I can wear without having to put any makeup on over it that won't make my face too shiny. This stuff absorbed really quickly - my skin is moisturized, but not shiny, so I feel fine without any makeup on.

I have been using Almased for just over a month now, and I have lost 13lb's. That might be a slow weight loss for some, but I'm happy with that. I mix the powder with chocolate Almond milk, Dream coconut milk and water, and mix it in a hand held shaker. The best place I've found for ordering Almased, is evitamins, they sell it for just over $19. Not bad!

Was a gift for my daughter! She loves it! She was asking for a polaroid camera for months. Will update as she tells me more. This is a digital polaroid camera. You need a memory card to take pictures. I bought the film, camera and memory card all together on Amazon! Wonderful price for all three!

I got this as a gift and since I color my hair it is NOT a good product. The bottle says it is color safe but it stripped a lot of color out with the first shampoo. Got worse with the next several shampoos and then I stopped using it. It was a lot of money to just sit in the cabinet. I did not notice other people who color their hair leaving a review. It is a shame because I would like to use natural products.

I can't believe I had heard or read nothing about this event in history until I was actually doing a little research on the Resolute Desk in the White House which was made from the remains of the ship Resolute. I inadvertently stumbled upon Shackleton's Incredible story as it seemed to interest me more that the story about the Resolute although both were stuck in an ice flow. What an incredible mistake and happy outcome for me. I literally could not put this book down and when I wasn't reading it, i was thinking about it. In the last few days the national news has been reporting on a story about stranded scientists in the Antarctic. They have been stuck in an ice flow for sometime now while waiting on two other ice breaker ships to rescue them. Those on this ship have been sending YouTube videos and pictures etc while waiting on their rescue. Again, I am reminded about Shackleton and his crew in the exact same situation with the major difference being no way to communicate or even send a distress signal. This author did a fantastic job of describing in a very entertaining manner the ordeal. I am so impressed with the leadership and the crew of The Endurance that I am sure it will stick with me as one of my top five all time favorite books. The most fascinating thoughts regarding the current situation compared to Shackleton's is that the modern day crew have about two weeks of supplies with them while Shackleton's crew had to survive for nearly two years. He has to be one of the most incredible leaders of all time for having the ability to not lose one crew member and keep all of them believing in their own survival. It seemed to me to have been an impossible task.

The plastic keg broke before we could transfer to bottles. Beer leaked all over the floor. We are trying to salvage the batch in a couple of growlers, but at this point pretty bummed at poor quality of the plastic spout. Why not make something that won't fall apart? It was seventy dollars plus shipping, and it's for sure not a lot of bang for your buck.
