I received the Nature's Wellness natural hair, skin & nails supplement This product really have some good ingredients. My nails always grow but they always break. The biotin by itself will make your nails, hair, and skin more healthier. This supplement also have vitamin b, vitamin c, and vitamin e. I have been taking them and I know it is too soon to see the results but I have taking biotin before and I know my skin, hair and nails will get better. Plus with all the extra vitamins. Biotin thickens hair, nails and beautify skin. biotin, is a water-soluble vitamin that's a part of the vitamin B complex a group of key nutrients needed for healthy metabolic, nerve, digestive and cardiovascular functions. I love all the vitamin b complex. This supplement did make my energy better. I would recommend this supplement to friends and family. This product is incredibly thick like Vaseline/petroleum jelly with Vicks/vapor rub. It is very hard to wash out of hair but it does leave your hair shiny and soft after shampooing it out well. If you don't take the time to shampoo twice to get this stuff out of your hair, it leaves your hair looking greasy and very heavy. I did have new growth of hair after a month and it stopped hair loss after a few days of using it. It helps very well with dry scalp as well. I used it once a week and left it on for 8 hours. I'm in my early 20s, female, and started having thinning hair after my pregnancy so this product helped.

I tried the Insanity program last Summer and because I was pretty out of shape I found it to be very difficult. Somehow I ended up making it half way through, but then after sustaining an unrelated injury I had to take a break. Fast forward 12 months and about 8 additional pounds, I REALLY needed to do something. I wanted a program that was not as daunting as Insanity. I loved Shaun T so, I ordered this program and started it 1 1/2 weeks ago. The 1st week I loosely followed the 5 Day Fast Track eating plan and ended up losing 3 lbs and 6 inches overall. So far this week I am down another 1.6 lbs. I find the workouts challenging, but not impossible. I have modified my eating habits. Protein shake in the morning, followed by healthy lunch and dinner and two snacks. I have eliminated all junk food and try to satisfy my sweet tooth by eating fresh fruit. Also, I have started a whole new relationship with water. I drink 80 ounces a day. Hope my review helps you decide if this program is right for you.

THE SYRINGES HOLD 5 DAYS WORTH A PIECE, WHICH IS ENOUGH FOR A GOOD STATRT! THE INSTRUCTIONS ARE CLEAR AND THE MOUTHGUARD IS COMFORTABLE.

Be careful when using this product. It dries the skin out very fast. Start using it only in the morning or in the evening until your skin got used to it. It is very pleasant when applying it, but skin does react differently. Better safe than to be sorry.
