It appears from everywhere I've searched online for the DVD details - there may be NO subtitles or captions on this DVD. That was the case on the 2006 DVD and I'm disappointed that 5 years later that may continue to be the case despite technology advances and updated ADA laws.

Amazon would need to introduce a system of negative star ratings in order for me to adequately express how miserable a read this book was.

This product is so much better than either of it's main competitors. I McAfee at work but this is so much better. It actually works without having problems. I have used this product for 4 years now and do not intend to use any other.
