Played the first time with the racket today and I gotta admit: I love it. Very well balanced (head light), light weight, good string. I only put another layer of grip around it because it was a little to small for my hand. You can control your smash very good without loosing power.
You see the commercials, you wonder if it's a scam. I thought this was a scam until I started reading more on VOIP services to rid of your local provider's expensive monthly costs for a land line. It wasn't until a cousin of mine told me another cousin of ours (from the Philippines) got this for phone service, then I started to be more interested. A lot of mixed reviews, and most of them telling about their experience with lack of customer service. I was willing to take the risk... And I bought two of these - one to replace my U-Verse voice (which was costing me $30/month) and my parent's Verizon FIOS Voice (which was costing them also $30/month).
