got this for my 8 month prego wife. got it in 4 days after I ordered it. you have to down load an app from the app store its free. the app is awesome, but down to the machine, it runs but the reading are about 10 points off the top # and 3 points off the bottom we took it to the docs office to get it checked out with more than one machine we got this because high blood pressure in a prego is bad. but any way it does what it is supposed to do.

After reading the summary I’ve been thinking in purchasing the actual Power of habit. It’s just that I’ve been craving for more after reading this up.
