I LOVE this diffuser! I honestly didn't know exactly what to expect since this is the first one I gave owned. It is amazingly easy to use and set up. The tranquil humming of the vapor and gentle bubbling of the water is incredibly soothing. It's perfect right beside my bed during evening book reading lulls me right to sleep. I really enjoy the ability to pause the LED lights on whatever color suits my mood! Excellent product so far! Highly recommended.

Terrible contraption, which was a surprise to me given the Conair name. Plus, I didn't realize I would need to pay the shipping to return it. It cost $12 to ship this thing back. Plus the return shipping instructions were elaborate and not that simple to understand. In order to avoid a similar situation, I will not order anything from Amazon again. In the future I will just purchase items from a store where I can return an item without the cost and hassle of shipping it back.
