  • Renee R. Benson - DO NOT BUY!

I bought this with my brand new top of the line HP computer running Windows 7 Professional. I bought the professional version for added abilities with power point and word. However, I have been so frustrated with the email that I haven't even ventured there. (Puchased February 2013) The Outlook program consistently "hangs" when I try to read emails saying "contacting server for information" even when I have previously viewed the email I am attempting to access. This requires opening task manager, closing and restarting the Outlook program. It is a PITA! I have attempted to import emails from a portable storage device according to MS's instruction to no avail. This required downloading windows live mail as Outlook 2013 will not import directly from XP professional. The folder shows up on the computer, but I cannot see any of the emails. Save yourself the trouble and stay with 2010. I would give 0 stars if I was able.

  • The DIY Blonde - WARNING - Alcohol Content

I've been a Biosilk user for years and have never experienced this product in any negative way until now--- Extremely runny and after putting it in my hair, it's evident that half the contents of the bottle is alcohol! I even use it on my skin when I get out of the shower or pour a few drops into my lotion as well. My skin & hair had a very rude awakening! Interesting how it's stated in the product info here that the packaging may vary... It's not the actual 'packaging'... It's the 'safety sealing'! Anytime I purchase this product from a salon, there's always a cover on top of the opening to the bottle that needs to be pulled off by it's tab. The one I bought from here had no such thing-- yet you can easily see the surviving trace around the rim. My hair & skin aren't happy & neither am I. These kinds of Biosilk reviews have been on here since 2011 and it's quite obvious

  • Ferris - Grass trimmer and edger

We'll I finally used this grass trimmer this weekend and I have to admit it wasn't that easy getting used to it. It really works fine but the wheels that comes with it don't stay on when you are able to use them when using it as a lawn mower. They just fall off. That is aggravating. I've looked to see if I'm not locking them on properly and they still fall off. Other than that just getting used to the angles and all work ok. The battery last up to an hour. I need to get another battery just to finish all what I needed to do. So there you have it.

  • Kyle - Its not perfect but I do Love it.

I debated strongly between 4 and 5 stars. Given there are some flaws, but 5 stars doesnt mean perfect, it means you love it so thats why I gave it what I did.

  • Nancy - but very good quality and a real improvement in appearance

a little expensive for what it is, but very good quality and a real improvement in appearance. No change in radio reception for me.

  • Allen Billingsley - Good for a second set of sockets and light duty projects.

I purchased this set of sockets to use as part of my indoor project tool bag. This is not the best quality set of sockets on the market, but for my purposes, the set works just fine and fits perfectly in the bottom of my Stanley STST70574 12-Inch Soft Sided Tool Bag. I would not recommend for a primary socket set, but for those small, light duties DIY projects, the set works well.
