Very helpful book when you are taking a really good look at your life and trying to figure out what is really important. I bought the ebook, but wish I would of gotten the "real"book. There were so many spots that I would of liked to go back to reference, or make notes and that is hard to do with the ebook.
Needed to go for liquid chalk since my gym doesnt allow chalk. You can feel it working seconds after applying it. It dries up your hand making your grip impeccable. Love doing deadlifts with this helps train my grip and lift heavier without straps. Would recommend this if your not allowed to use chalk at your gym.
I decided upon rec. book that it was a lot of information in which it was doubtful I could remember all of it. So I have decided simply to use as reference as I run into things I am confused on or simply can not find. To date I have only found one issue it hasn't been helpful with. That was setting up the program to communicate with my email which is attached to my website.
I love my MOOV. The strap is the only drawback. I've lost my pod three times but fortunately I've found it each time. The strap itself is very comfortable but doesn't secure the device very good. The MOOV now 2 is not for the faint of heart. I primarily do the 7+ minute workout and the walking workout. They will both push you and put a hurting on you. You'll sweat and you will be sore. If the company can remedy the strap issue it would easily be a five star review from me.
I like the improvement 2015 made, more interaction through the game pad. The only thing I'm still trying to figure out is how to get my original Wii controllers to work on the new Wii U system & games.
I owned a Bowflex Series 7 Treadmill for a couple of years. It was repaired several times after suffering mechanical and electrical problems, but never again ran properly. After disappointing customer service with Bowflex (Nautilus), I replaced it with a Sole F80. When comparing my ownership experience with both treadmills, I recommend the Sole F80.
