It is expensive, but worth it for me to have them put all the supplements together. I take this instead of multiple supplements and find the results very effective. I highly recommend.

So far so good like the fact that I can have my phone plugged in walk away and still be able to listen to music. The head phones came in charged I haven't had to charger then for 2 days now so I'm pretty stoked I would highly recommend them.

In true Alton Brown fashion, he hits it out of the park with this one. The biggest challenge for some people will be the metric measurements used for weights, BUT as you know if you are a fan of AB's work, it's only done for a reason when it matters. The pictures are great, my mouth has been watering since I opened it up. You'll recognize some twists on Good Eats favorites as well as plenty of new tasty adventures to try. My only disappointment so far has been with the printing of the book, as the pages have some gummy stuff at the top, (leftover bacon laquer?).

I bought an XL for my Husband since he is on the heavier side and has broad shoulders. This fits him very tightly...everywhere.

I really enjoyed using this product. The main thing for me regarding BCAA supplements is the taste. Many BCAA's products tend to be relatively the same other than the flavoring system. The Fruit Punch flavor of this product tastes good. I would not say it is out of this world, but it was very nice to drink during my workouts or even throughout my days. The thing that stood out to me with this BCAA supplement was the added Betaine, Taurine, Tart Cherry, and coconut water. Tart cherry is known to help reduce muscle soreness. I have to honestly say I noticed my workouts seemed to be better with respect to a decrease in muscle soreness during and after my workouts. The added coconut water was another beneficial part of this supplement. Being hydrated during a workout has its benefits as well. All in all, I would recommend this supplement due to the added beneficial ingredients as well as a good taste.
