They came just like i expected yet the arch was a bit high. I like them because i am a heel runner which these shoes helps me with. I am usually a size 7 in sandals and 5.5 in sneakers. The first day they were way too tight but after walking around in them a bit they fit perfectly.

Yea, Right!!!! Such a rip off don't buy this I followed directions and gained weight not lost weight!!

I recommend this product. I have been keeping goldfishes for over 2 years now and finding the right tap water conditioner had always been a headache for me.
