Absolute GARBAGE! Am an experienced PC user, have built my own machines and networks. A system drive was failing and decided to give Acronis a try to clone the drive so I could avoid reinstalling all my software. Downloaded the full user guide and followed their cloning instructions EXACTLY. Cloning failed as Acronis (after setting up the clone) required a reboot of the machine. After the reboot, Acronis failed to work and when I went back into Acronis, none of the setting were present. And to make matters worse, Acronis either changed the boot order and/or change the boot sector of the drive as now when rebooting the machine, get error message of 'non-system disk' - Am working to find the cause of this but so far have not located the cause.

Second time I have posted that I did not receive the user manual in my package and I need it to use the essential diffuser. May I get an answere? Thanks

I have been using QuickBooks for years and I have always liked it. I got 2016 only because of the change in payment and then I found out that there will be an extra charge and so I will not use it. What a shame. I really did not need to upgrade so soon and now I find out it really was not necessary. I was paying $.50 per transaction and now it is a percentage of the transaction like with a credit card charge. The promise was that my rates would not change. Unless I am totally misunderstanding it, don't believe their promises. I am disappointed in Intuit for this deception.

I was sure I'd love this book and it even exceeds my expectations. The artwork is *gorgeous*, with beautiful colors and fantastic realism.

I have collected the annual Swarovski holiday ornaments for about 10 years. Always looks forward to it each season when it comes out in September. The 2013 edition is a beauty (as they always are) and its nice to be able to purchase it at a lower price if pre-ordering the ornament. These look wonderful on a small tree all by themselves or hung in a protected place. The light-reflecting prisms in each crystal star is stunning. A holiday tradition for me each season to purchase the annual ornament.
