I never write product reviews, so the fact that I'm taking time to write this hopefully speaks volume. Very cheaply made, very flimsy, missing pieces, and included wrong components. See the two vertical bars in the picture, one left one and one right one. You can tell there is a right one and left one because of the tilt adjustment knob. I was sent two right ones. Missing pieces I overcame with my own parts from home.

The shoe is great! They are very comfortable, not to firm, and overall great for the average runner. The only downside is that rocks or wood chips (depending on where you run) often get stuck in the bottom of the shoe. Despite that, great shoe, good look, good price!

How can some of you so call fans gives this book a low review and haven't even read it yet. That's foul and Amazon needs to take these negative reviews down. The book link isn't working. Can you wait until it get fits instead of throwing tantrums like spoil brats and being mean and hateful just because links not working. It's not the Authors fault. Sometimes technical difficulties happens. So Amazon take down these bad reviews it's unfair to Mrs Welch.

I like it. It gives me energy in the morning to do things around the house or do my once a werk 10-12 mile run. And I dont get hungry right away. This is my 2nd box so far.
