Works great but you must prepare yourself to feel less energetic, have lots of bathroom breaks and drink tons of water along with its way more effective if you workout a bit. Results took a few days to shoe so don't eat crappy or bing or drink other than water or tea

Great product replacing a Krups that died. The only downside (and it is the only) is the hopper is a bit small, so it needs refilling each day. But, maybe I'm drinking too much coffee. The grind is very regular and the amounts consistant.

The old formula was MUCH better than the "new" un-improved formula. The new formula has "milk" as the "secret" ingredient, and has given me the cha-cha's everytime I've drank one. I've cancelled my auto-ship order and will never drink their shakes again.
