It really does work! I drank half my body in water and wore my wrap for 2 hours and saw a difference it wasnt a big difference but it was better than nothing. Definitely going to get another one. But the wrap does continue to work up to 3 days

Modern motocross gloves are a joke, whose tiny hands are these XL's supposed to fit? They need to go back to the old way of making gloves with the expandable material on the sides of the fingers. Across the back of my knuckles is so tight I can't make a fist, but before even closing your hands over the grips, and the fingers are so narrow your fingers will go numb from lack of blood flow! I have been wearing XL FOX gloves for decades but haven't bought them in awhile. My hands are not gigantic by any means. Going to try the XXL's.
Other reviewers are right. This is isn't a study guide, it's just a collection of tests you can find online. There are no instructions or didactic content to be found. Stay away!
