It has definitely been helpful for my eczema, my allergies and bad headaches they come as a result have been much less frequent - almost non-existent since beginning taking the oil, sleep much better and more soundly, and skin is healthier and more supple in general. It has many other health benefits, but these are just the ones I've noticed the most. The taste is bad, but I take by spoon and simply follow it with something I like to drink and it is barely noticeable at all for literally a couple of seconds.

It really is helpful to learn how to play, though I am so terrible at playing it sometimes feels like it advances too quickly, like I will finally get the strum pattern down for a song and get most of the notes right and then I will replay that song and suddenly I have a whole new note to play that totally throws me off, but then I slowly get the hang of it again. I honestly am not THAT much better playing yet, but this does help. I am a bit musically challenged, so that is saying something.

Just make sure your skin is freshly washed and dried. After that, put enough fluid, abount the size of a pearl, in your palm and work it into your face? How difficult is that? It isn't. (I go for a bit about the size of an 8-10 millimeter pearl which covers as much as needs to be cover and wastes nothing.) That's it. If you wear makeup, give it a moment to sink in and you're good for at least 24 hours, maybe longer. Just recently I've had some surgery on my leg and any number of people have commented that whatever the Doctor did has had great results as I look rested, even a bit younger. One woman even wanted to touch my face to, I suppose, make sure I wasn't wearing a court plaster. I wasn't.

How could this mask be so cool! Besides moisturizing and anti-wrinkle care, I've really wanted to brighten and lighten! This is really heaven-sent! Totally cool!
