The previous reviews sounded good so I decided to try it. Well, it has seemed to help my nails, my hair is still thin, and as far as helping with muscle pain, no. Maybe I need a little more time. I also miss taking it twice a day so that could be why I am not noticing as much improvement as others.

i love the thickness of this yoga mat. i have had it for over 6 months and go average 2 times per week and firmness is still good. probably wont need a replacement for another year or so. i love it.

Bought this as a gift for my sister who is a volleyball coach and last name is Wilson. Quality volleyball and Wilson print was great. Not planning on using the volleyball because it will mainly be a display but it is actually a nice volleyball.

For the first three days or so using this product, I broke out like crazy all over my face. I've never had acne as bad as I did when using this, but I've heard that switching your cleansing routine can cause reactions like this, so I stuck it out. Day five is here and I'm pleased to report that the breakouts have ceased! I like the exfoliant, as I have very dry skin and it takes those flakes I tend to get right off and leaves me with a smooth surface. With a moisturizing lotion, this is great for the treatment of dry skin and using it daily doesn't seem to be an issue, especially when one frequently wears makeup.
