I purchased this download to replace my current subscription and found that I am not able to follow earlier reviews suggestions to remove the old service key/subscription so that this could be loaded as a new version. It requires me to call QB support to first disconnect all direct deposit information - which must be done during their weekday support hours, which is when I am at work and away from my home computer. This is a challenge every year and I must spend hours working with support to get my new license in place and all service keys, direct deposit info set up correctly to work. I even bought a enhanced service support plan for $89.95 almost 3 months ago for other issues related to a separate version of QB I have for another business and the plan states that it is to provide 24/7 support only to be told today by QB that it doesn't cover installation problems and I have to call back on the regular support line. Additionally, I looked on my account today and found that they had set me up for automatic renewal of the service plan and plan on renewing next week without even notifying me and without my authorization for an automatic renewal. Overall, I am a very frustrated user! QB - Expand your support hours! Improve on your customer notifications! Improve on your online ability for customers to self-service, such as electing to drop automatic renewal plans! I very seldom write product reviews but in this case, feel a negative review is well deserved!

I started buying and collecting Swarovski Christmas ornaments in 1999. I began giving them to family and friends shortly thereafter. They brighten the holiday season in every way. While they are not terribly expensive (around $57 on Amazon) they have grown substantially in value. To find one form 1999-2001, for example, costs hundreds of dollars.

I ran the updates numerous times, but they never actually installed. After talking to a guy at H&R Block, he transferred me to another number where I was on hold for over 35 minutes. At which time, I was informed that they could not help me, I would need to talk to Amazon. I have been an H&R Block software customer since the late 1990's. This is ridiculous. If the replacement CD does not work, my next order will be from TurboTax. I am not sure whether I am more irritated with Amazon or H&R Block.

My printer failed after a couple of hours. It worked fine at first but then it just stopped printing characters, and will only print bitmap images. Like it lost its internal character generator. At this price it's not worth returning it and I'll probably just buy another, or another just like it. There are half a dozen others here on Amazon that are the exact same printer in a different case for about the same price. You can tell from the specification, which is copied right out of the user manual.

Great resource. Im a senior who's looking forward to NOT having so much debt after college so looking at these scholarships and applying for them helps me keep on track on being responsible for my finances. There are so many categories that you can narrow down to that will fit you.

With tax, this was 50% off the lowest price Norton would give me!!! I paid for it and 5 minutes later I had it downloaded to my computer using the product key provided to me by Amazon! It added 366 days to my current Norton Antivirus protection! AWESOME!!!
